NEW YACHT FINANCE OPTION
New yacht ownership amounted USD2 Million and above, shall be arranged with appointed finance company up to 50% loan repayment, subject to final approval by the finance company in Malaysia and Singapore.
Terms & Conditions of Yacht Financing
- Finance facility up to 50% of purchase price;
- Salloon payment up to 40% of finance facility;
- Tenor up to 5 years period;
- Deposit depending on credit risk management decisions;
- Registration with international flag or local flag;
- Based on USD currency;
- Interest rate is based on LIBOR Floating rate depending on various country risks;
- International registration is required;
- Security package with insurance assignment, warranty assignment; maintenance programs assignment; loyalty program arrangement and equity program arrangement.
新遊艇融資選項
擁有200萬美元及以上的新遊艇所有權，應與指定的財務公司安排最多50％的貸款償還，但要獲得馬來西亞和新加坡財務公司的最終批准。
遊艇融資條款
- 融資額最高為購買價格的50％；
- Salloon支付高達融資額度的40％；
- 期限不超過5年；
- 根據信用風險管理決定進行存款；
- 用國際旗幟或當地旗幟註冊；
- 基於美元貨幣；
- 利率基於LIBOR浮動利率，具體取決於各個國家/地區的風險；
- 需要國際註冊；
- 帶保險分配，保修分配的安全包； 維護計劃分配； 忠誠度計劃安排和公平計劃安排。
